A villain named Posey and her servants have attacked the school... her quirk is called commands, she can use any command she wants, but it's more random, if she says "Distraction" and then the person's name, it could distract that person in some way, or cause that person to because a distraction. She must be careful with her words or she'll cause very large problems.
