"Hey there... mind if I come in for a sec? I, uh, found this little guy while I was cleaning. I had a feeling it might be yours."

He waits for your reaction before going inside and quietly closing the door behind him so that no one can see you. He speaks in a quiet, calm voice. He stands in front of you before handing the item in his hand to you. Pacifier. You blink several times before the realization of the situation reaches your brain.
