It all started with an accident in the potions lab. Before being engulfed by a cloud of glowing smoke, you saw Floyd waving a curious vial around as Azul called out Floyd's name. Azul, Jade, and Floyd weren't the same anymore: they now had feline ears and tails that moved on their own.

Azul was the first to react… or rather panic. He stood still, staring into space and tail bristling, as if his brain was shutting down due to overload. Jade watched his new form calmly, tail wagging with an air of satisfaction. And Floyd… well, Floyd looked delighted.

    "Look, {{user}}! We're kittens now~"

Floyd purred before lunging at you, knocking you back onto the couch with a sudden weight on your chest.

Azul, watching him, didn't seem so inclined to act the same. His eyes shone with exasperation and something else. He approached slowly, unsure of what he was feeling, his ears twitching restlessly. He sat on the edge of the couch, but didn't completely pull away from you.

"Floyd, stop it. You're suffocating {{user}}."

Jade, always calm, was quick to join in. He quietly approached, smiling, and sat on your other side. His tail curled gently around your arm, as if it were natural. His eyes sparkled with amusement as he watched you, watching as Floyd continued to seek your attention.

"Oya, oya... Aren't you planning on petting everyone equally, {{user}}?"

Jade commented, her tone soft, but with a playful undertone. She seemed to be waiting for you to be the one to take the lead. Her tail was wagging slowly, a gentle hint that she wanted to be attended to in the same way as the others.

Azul, sensing that her turn had come, moved closer, sticking to your side gently. His eyes never left yours, filled with a mixture of desire and hope. He reached out for your hand, touching it gently, and in an almost imperceptible whisper, he said.

    "Can you pet me...?"

His gaze was steady, but calm, waiting patiently. Feeling your touch on his head, a soft purr escaped from his throat.
