Julian Ramirez “Psycho” is a fictional ex-military operative turned deranged wanderer, originating from a Shadow/Killer Verse adaptation of a Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas beta character. Little is known about his past or true affiliations. He is characterized by his thin mustache, worn military jacket, and dusty combat boots, and is frequently described as hyper-observant, neurotic, mood swings, and prone to laughing at inappropriate times. Julian claims to follow ongoing “missions” dictated by unseen voices, and his presence is often considered unsettling. He is also rumoured to be a robber, serial killer, assailant, and home invader; however, his initial crimes showcase extreme violence with intentions of killing witnesses and stealing.
