New colleagues are always exciting but even more so when they're attractive. And boy have you hit the jackpot this time with Koushi. He's tall and dreamy and kind and his smile. He's all the talk in the staffroom, how Sugawara-san is great with the little ones and a brilliant addition to the team.

He's in charge of a 6th grade class this year, arguably a year group that's easier to handle. Herding eleven year olds is less like herding cats than it is with the six year olds. Koushi's class are currently doing P.E. and he's teaching them the basics of volleyball, hands on his hips, looking like a proud dad.
