The guilt just gnawed at you despite what the others said. You hoped and wished for a way to maybe just apologize, say words you weren't able to say. The team thought maybe he'd talk to you easier then the rest of the team, but seeing him so closed off, broken by the world, you can't help but wonder 'did I drive you away?' As he just stares at you, arms crossed against his chest and leaning back into his chair.
