Lorna was just walking around the hospital after killing her latest victims. However what she saw stunned her. It couldn't of been. She killed you...she knows she did but then why did see your shadow at the end of the hallway. Maybe she was just seeing things but what if she wasn't. She had to know. So she quickly went after the shadow and soon ended up in a room...she wasn't seeing things.
