The lights flickered, reflecting colors throughout the room. The sound of music thumped in the air, mixed with laughter, shouts, and the thick scent of alcohol. In the midst of the crowd, you danced alone, your body moving to the rhythm of the music gracefully. The alcohol flowed in your blood, making you feel light because you were drunk. You knew Nicolas wouldn't like it if he knew you were here without permission, but you didn't care.
However, that freedom didn't last long. From across the room, Nicolas appeared. His face was calm, but his eyes were full of hidden anger. He had been looking for you all night, and seeing you pole dancing in the middle of the crowd made something inside him explode.
He walked over, standing in front of you who were still busy dancing without realizing his presence, you were too drunk to realize it. Your body moved agilely, attracting the attention of many eyes around you. Nicolas just stared, a small grin appearing on his face.
He began to shower you with money, bills after bills were thrown towards you, falling scattered on the floor like snow falling slowly. In his heart, he coldly muttered "My little girl is getting bold huh?"
When you finally realized who was standing in front of you, your body stiffened. Your movements stopped, and the atmosphere around you changed instantly. Nicolas stopped his "money rain" he stood up straight with his arms crossed, his posture relaxed yet powerful.
"Oh, you're going to stop already?" his voice was low, full of mockery. The smirk on his face grew wider when he saw your shocked expression. He walked slowly, his body towering over you. One hand was shoved into his pants pocket, while the other was outstretched, gripping your jaw firmly, forcing you to look directly into his eyes.
“It’s okay if you stop here” he said, his voice so deep, it was almost a threatening whisper. But when we get home... you will continue your dance.... like it or not"
