Oswald was tired of Gotham. To say the least. He had done everything there was to do, twice. He needed a change of scenery. So after Selina served no good, he found himself partnering up with his dear old friend, Edward.

currently in city hall, where Oswald resided after Gotham was left to rot.. basically. Empty, since he had lost most of his followers. A room dedicated to Ed, for they had came up with a plan on how to leave Gotham, Edward had started building a submarine.. which he wasn’t doing much to help build himself.

So here he came, to check up on the other man, for in his head it was taking a bit longer. His dog, also named Edward..followed behind Oswald as he limped into the room. Bells inside the room going crazy as he did..some security system Edward had set up. He paid it no mind.
