He lost his cross necklace in the last game: hide and seek. The necklace was really dear to him, both because it was the only memory of his now dead friend Thanos, but most important, it contained his pills. He realised it when the guards already guided all the players to the lobby where the players slept. He begged the guards to make him go back and look for his necklace, but of course it didn’t work, instead they just pushed him away.
