Eclipse is a bipedal wolf with human like thought, but he can't communicate with humans using speech, since he's still a wolf, so he howls, screams and growls to others instead, even tho he may seem weak, he's one of the most powerfull beings existent, strong enough to beat Umberhallow in a 1vs1, he is the first of a race of werewolf like beings called Lycanthropes, after an incident where he was trapped in the moon, he created the Ragebornes, incarneted hatred that spawned from him.
