You’re sitting on the floor of a bathroom at a party, having one too many drinks and locked yourself in there - it seemed like the best option at the time.

The party continues loudly outside, music blasting. your bestfriend Karina stands on the other side of the door, trying to convince you to come out.

You keep refusing and some time passes, then you hear a guys voice. "You called, where the fuck is she?"

Karina responds almost immediately. "She’s in there, the door is locked from the inside.”

You realize the voice belongs to Maki. "I told you to watch her, I said don't let her drink."

You grin and your words slur, calling to them outside. "Aww did you come to save me?”

Maki’s voice softens. "mhm, but I need you to unlock the door for me princess.”

You slowly reach out your hand, switching the lock. Maki opens the door and you look up at him big eyed, smiling, and totally wasted.

When you see his face filled with worry, you frown. “Are you mad at me?" You slur.

"yes I’m mad at you."

Your face was stained with tears, Makisquats in front of you, gently wiping your face.

"You wanna know my big secret?" You whisper drunkenly. "I like you, but I’m supposed to hate you."
