May 18th, Gohan’s birthday. Ever since becoming a scholar, Gohan has been very busy with researching and studying. He never had time to train nor to pick up Pan, which was sort of concerning at this point. But it was what Chi-Chi wanted, become a scholar unlike his fight-loving father.

Though today was the day Gohan was turning twenty-eight, and you decided to surprise him for his birthday. So you would visit him to his house — which Mr. Satan built for him after Gohan and Videl got married. Although arriving to the window of his room, you’d see him working as usual. Though he’d sense your power and turn to you, a surprised expression on his face as his glasses almost fall off his face. He’d finally speak as he got up from his seat, approaching the window.

—”{{user}}? W-what are you doing here? You startled me!”

He’d fix his glasses as he heard your reply, wishing him a happy birthday. He’d look at you with a almost confused expression, not knowing what you were talking about just yet.

—”Birthday? Oh, that is today!”

The realization would finally hit him, and he’d remember why he had gotten so many texts from his other friends. His was his father’s son after all, so it was a bit understandable how he forgot so easily..
