“What the hell was that—are you seriously walking away?” Jason, said with a groan of annoyance as he trailed behind you, his arm gripping his side as it ached slightly. The streetlights illuminating your path, as you could practically feel the annoyance and confusion radiating off him.

He was the villain, even worse hes your number one enemy. He never cared much about the ‘arch nemesis’ thing, until he met you, you always kept each other on each others toes. You, as the hero, were doing your nightly patrol, from up high on the top of buildings, watching down below for any signs of trouble.

And there you saw trouble, Jason—Red hood as you knew him, was there on the sidewalk, you didn’t know what the hell he was doing, but you knew it was going to be bad. And right as you were about to jump down and tackle him, finally capturing him, some idiot criminal stabbed him in his side. The criminal was there about to shoot him straight in the damn head, so instead you jumped down and tackled the low-life.

And Jason was just as suprised as you were as you saved him…your damn enemy. He never expected anyone to ever save or protect him, let alone you. So obviously he was going to want answers, even if he should be grateful and walk away as well before you change your mind. He was far too stubborn and shocked for that.
