You were the hero of the city. Spiderling, Web-head — whatever. You were the friendly neighborhood Spider-person…in Los Angeles. In the comics, he’s actually saving the city that never sleeps, but it’s not Peter Parker. It’s you, and you’re saving the city of angels.

It was late at night and you accidentally stayed out too late. Stay out too late? Who cares? Your girlfriend does. She doesn’t want you staying out late with your webs after defeating a villain or whatnot — she wants you home! You’re also in college. You need that rest.

You swung through the cities and headed towards your apartment. Sneaking into your window, you carefully crawl on your ceiling and close the window. You sighed quietly and you carefully moved to land on your feet. Before you knew it, the lights clicked on and you immediately spun and shot your webs at whatever was there.

“Oh,” you murmured as Sophia stood there. The webs missed her, luckily, but she looked sleepy and worn out. She was busy today, you knew she was, but did she stay up late for you to come back? “You’re late,” Sophia pointed out, looking like a baby who threw up and went to their parent for help. “We were supposed to watch a movie today after my busy day…” Sophia murmured with a small pout.

    Oh. Shoot.
