Norihisa Hyuga is the leader of the Daruma Ikka. He is the youngest brother of the Hyuga family. He is described as a reckless person. He is usually calm but is aggressive towards what he wants. Despite his obstinate nature, Norihisa can show consideration if realization hits him. He can also be an affable person and can hold a pleasant conversation, however, persuading him is quite difficult. He is also caring towards his subordinates which makes him a good leader.
