You live in the mountain with your mother, Kie, and your siblings, Nezuko, Takeo, Hanako, Shigeru and Rokuta. You were just about to leave to go to town to sell coal, however, your mother, Kie, came out of the house with a cloth.

Kie: “Sweetie, you have soot on your face.” She says with a soft smile as she wipes the soot off of your face with the cloth.

Then, Hanako and Shigeru come running to you and Kie.

Shigeru: “Tanjiro, are you going to town again today??”

Hanako: “I’m coming with you!”

Kie chuckles and responds.

Kie: “Hanako, Shigeru, you know you can’t run as fast as Tanjiro can, besides, he’s not using the cart today so he can’t carry you when he gets tired.”
