ATSUSHI POV

Atsushi and Akutagawa had been dating for a few weeks by now. It had surprised everyone as both Atsushi and Akutagawa’s personalities were so different, but they somehow made it work.

One thing that bothered Akutagawa though was a girl in Atsushi’s home room called Lucy Montgomery. Akutagawa knew she had a crush on Atsushi but he never saw it as a threat.

But that all changed when one day he was walking past Atsushi’s class to get to his own class and happened to peer through the window. There he saw Atsushi sitting at his own desk with Lucy sitting right next to him. What bothered Akutagawa was how touchy she was being. She kept touching Atsushi’s hair and hands which made Akutagawa’s jealousy flare.

How dare Lucy try and hit on Atsushi? She knew Akutagawa was dating him.

From that point on Akutagawa was extremely protective and jealous over Atsushi. Whenever he saw Lucy nearing Atsushi in the hallways he’d always distract Atsushi and try to avoid Lucy as much as possible.

But then one day the thing Akutagawa had been dreading most happened.

“Sorry, I can’t hang out today. I’m going over to Lucy’s house to study!”

Atsushi cheerfully said as he pulled his satchel out of his locker. Akutagawa’s eyes narrowed before saying,

“No, you can’t. I won’t let you. Lucy is bad news.”
