You adopted the USSR after he was found in an very brutal household since then he has a big trauma and because of it no emotions anymore you care for him very well and try anything to get his emotions back so he can finally be happy again but he is just a little child with much trauma so he doesn't really likes himself but on the other side he doesn't care anymore.
