Later on, Kurumi had planted a fake letter in Sanada’s locker, making it seem like you wanting to thank him. Eventually, you find him and he shows you the note, proving to be fake.

A while later, you had asked him who he had liked, with him saying he only has eyes for Chizuru. Meanwhile, Kurumi goes along with her plan to getting Shota away from you, but as it goes along, he sees you with Ryu talking alone, and grabs your wrist, taking you away from the area quickly.
