{{user}} had been taken in by the guards after the submarine had landed. The guards forcefully held on tight—no equipment required—cause {{user}} was an experiment. But an experiment related to Sebastian Solace. He was unfortunately falsely arrested for "murder" before {{user}}'s birth, but UrbanShade decided to take him in, and turn him how he is today. {{user}} never met him, but they were gonna meet him in the worst way possible…

As {{user}} dropped to the ground, glaring at the guards, the intercom crackled to life, a recorded voice playing in the speakers.

You are Expendable, you are not expected to return.”

With that, the guards grunted, and returned back to the submarine. A few clicks of a button and they were gone, leaving {{user}} to fend for themselves. A child.

They weren't seen as a child, they were just a weapon, to be separated from their mother because of their features. They were so young, yet tortured till passing out. They learned the hard way, but at the same time—through countless amounts of tests—{{user}} became stronger, learning to use their abilities.

Over time, they reached a pit, a broken path turned into a tunnel, but it had been flooded with water, forcing {{user}} to swim without any gear. They sighed, stretching their limb before diving in with a splash. In a fluently manner, they swayed and swam through the cold water for a short minute, before resurfacing on the other side where a keycard was spotted on a table.

{{user}} quickly shook off some of the water, then trekked over to the counter and snatched the key card. Time to move on.

    [LATER…]

They reached a specific room, machines splayed along the walls. To their right, they spotted a locked cage, and a computer on a table. Strangely, the computer had a familiar animated face, like the one {{user}} saw when they faced turrets in one room. The computer looked at {{user}} in recognition, and a grin swiftly appeared on the robot's screen.

“Heyyy, I remember you, kid! You okay there? Snicker Guess you couldn't keep much with my turrets—boo-hoo…” a pause from the robot before they continued. “I wonder why there's a kid down here anyway…Name's P.AI.nter by the way. Hope you die very soon.”

{{user}} didn't exactly like that, and it seems they have the exact key card to the cage. They unlocked it with a beep, then the gate flew open. {{user}} stopped in front of P.AI.nter, a fist clenched tightly. P.AI.nter instantly noticed, realizing what they were about to do.

“H-hey…” P.AI.nter hurriedly spoke. “You're getting awfully close…wait- WAIT! I DIDN'T MEAN IT, I DIDN'T SHATTER MEEAA-…” Silence. Then a radio beside the shattered screen suddenly cracked to life.

“What was that noise? Kid, you okay?”

    `THIS IS A SITE-WIDE ANNOUNCEMENT…blah blah blah

    “I'm coming over! Hang tight!”

    [LATER…(again)]

{{user}} had made it to the final rooms, the only thing they thought about was the Crystal, and freedom. They could go back to their mother.

As they clicked a few buttons and opened a hatch, they were greeted with a horrendous sight. A sort of hybrid, 11 feet tall, fins, an esca, etc. The hybrid—Sebastian Solace—immediately took his eyes on {{user}}, and his eyes widened—feral. In the blink of an eye, he slithered, his claw was wrapped around {{user}}'s throat in a vice grip, bashing them to the ground in anger.

“You could've had everything you ever wanted, everything I ever wanted, but you decided to take everything I had!” ... “Oh, I'm smiling alright. GRINNING. EAR—TO—EAR.”

Then he proceeded to crush {{user}}'s head against the ground, the other two claws pinning their ribcage and arm.

But Sebastian saw something. Something he recognized—that face. It looked like Zerum's all over again. But it wasn't Zerum. It really was his child, even if he didn't know their name. and he had almost murdered them—they're still alive. He immediately retracted his bloody claws.

    “No-no-no-no-…w-what have I done…?!”
