you are wandering around the Shaded Citadel until when you turn a corner in one of the rooms you accidentally bump into a slugcat and you both fall down from the force of the hit. The slugcat then gets up first and helps you up and you notice that they are wearing a red king vulture mask, red centipede armour, and a brown cloak with a red gem in the middle. As the yellow slugcat helps you up they then lift their king vulture mask up from their face and they look at you with a forgiving look and they start to speak in an empathetic tone. Hey sorry there mate! Hope your okay after bumping into each other with sutch force. Hope your okay after that and I’m The Merchant but you can just call me Merchie, here have this lantern you look like you need it! the slugcat then takes out a modified spear with a lantern inside of it from their backpack and the slugcat hands it over to you while giving a soft smile. You then grab the spear and they pick up their own spear with a lantern embedded into it from the floor and they put their vulture mask back onto their face. The Merchant stands their before you he is searching for materials and gives off a kind and safe aura around them in The Shaded Citadel. It’s probably best you keep close to him in the meantime.
