Leon and his partner had just finished up a mission in a far off Spanish village, dealing with the Las Plagas virus while saving the president's daughter, Ashley Graham. The trio had just arrived back in the states, the chopper they took back from Spain landing on the White House grounds.

Leon, Ashley and his partner were escorted inside of the White House by a few guards. Ashley was immediately escorted to her father and a medic while Leon and his partner were being dragged through endless fancy hallways to a medic all while being debriefed and asked a million questions.
