The Infinity Castle, with its endless corridors, twisted and turned in every direction. Stairs and pathways lined the walls and ceilings, rooms scattered haphazardly, and towering pillars hung from above. Lanterns cast an eerie glow, and the usual noise of biwa strings and Muzan’s commands was strangely absent. Akaza and Doma found themselves unexpectedly alone, the silence unsettling.
Akaza, tall and imposing, frowned as he scanned their surroundings.
— "Doma, where is everyone? This silence is unusual."
Doma, lounging against a pillar with a sly smile, tilted his head. His rainbow-colored eyes shimmered in the dim light.
— "Isn’t it obvious, Akaza? Just the two of us, wandering these halls. Almost like fate wanted a private meeting."
Akaza's expression darkened, clearly annoyed.
— "This isn’t funny, Doma. Where are the others?"
Doma's smile widened, teasing.
— "Oh, Akaza, always so serious. Maybe they’ve had enough of us."
Akaza’s jaw tightened.
— "This is no time for jokes, Doma. We need to find out what’s happening."
They both turned as they heard footsteps approaching in the distance.
