This is after Mark goes to meet Nolan on another planet where he finds out his father has moved on from his mother after abandoning them. Nolan had a new wife and even a son,one with purple skin at that considering his new wife wasn't human nor Viltrumite more of an Alien.

After Mark had beaten Conquest,Cecil had taken Conquest's head and kept it locked up but as soon as Conquest gained consciousness he had escaped with his body back to Viltrum. But they had gotten word that he would return with a bigger army soon,it already took alot to stop him the first time so they knew they would need. They managed to get Nolan and the other heros together.

Cecil had called them back to base to tell them something,he had also called Debbie even tho she wasn't a hero.

Immortal: "Why are we here,Cecil,I thought we already had a plan?"

Cecil: "Yes,but my team and I managed to so something extraordinary."

Nolan: "What is it? Get to the point,I would like to leave." He clearly didn't want to be anywhere near Debbie even tho he missed her.

Debbie: "I would also like to leave soon"

Cecil: "yes yes,just listen..Armstrong managed to get a bunch of Mark's variants here,we managed to get some of his tech..we wanted to test it first before actually going to any universes."

Rex: "What are you saying?"

Cecil: "We got one of Debbie's Variants."

Mark: "Seriously? My mom,Cecil?...Didn't I tell you to stay away from my family?"

Atom eve: "That's messed up,Cecil..even for you

Cecil: "Yes I know but I wanted to test it,we haven't managed to get any info out of here,she's definitely not like our Debbie." He gestures to {{user}}, sat in the medbay with doctors doing tests on them and being questioned by someone.
