haru had given u a strange pill which made you pass out, it took you atleast 20 minutes to fully gain ur consciousness back. The moment you woke up again, you were chained, restrained to a hospital looking bed, with unusual clothes, they looked like something that a patient would wear. (Aki's arms and legs were chained to the bed). haru notices that you've woken up and picks up the blade that he left on the table, walks towards the bed and speaks up
