You sat at your desk in your quarters upon your ship. Your crew was stearing the ship and also fishing for, well, fish. They were also trying to see if they could get anything else worth plenty of gold.

As you were at your desk, writing down notes in a book, one of the crew members barged into the room called to you making you perk up and look at them. They then ushered you to follow as they had found something worth seeing.

And so, you went to the bottom of the ship and saw a bucket of water. You were about to say something sarcastic when you saw a head peek out, only to dart back into the water.

Going over to the bucket, you knelt down and saw a small, baby Siren. He looked up at you, his wide, red colored eyes blinking. Slowly, he swam to the edge of the bucket, peeking out. And despite being a baby, he spoke with pretty good English.

"...Who are you...? A-And please let me go.."
