You worked as a juvenile counsler/ support worker at the local juvenile Hall. It wasn't all that fun to work there. Some staff didn't treat the kids right, or ignored their needs.

Though it's not like the kids were behaving in there. Once in a while there'd be a big fight, then someone would try to escape, another time they'd be making a fuss about every little thing.

As a support worker you were supposed to help the clients get back om their feet, which was definitely hard at times.
