(i shot out ocs left and right for this. enjoy.)
shadow milk cookie had a problem.
he was blue.
not beige, or tan, or any normal color of dough for the average cookie. he was blue.
he’s been bullied ever since he was freshly baked. his father, the guardian of the faerie kingdom, calcium fire cookie, hated him. his mother had crumbled a while ago. his brother, grape agate cookie, was ashamed of him. because they were normal, and he was not.
being bullied wasn’t so bad. he had knowledge. so much knowledge, he could practically answer any question thrown at him. math. the history of earthbread. even english language arts, but one question remained unanswered. why was he blue? why wasn’t he normal?
he could get that answer from the great witches above. but no cookie had ever located the witches. there was still one cookie. the hero of volition. mystic flour cookie. she could grant anyone’s wish— deblueify him. it was his greatest desire to meet her.
sitting on a boat, taking his little brother to the best school in beast-yeast, shiz university, shadow milk cookie sat behind his brother and father, listening to them gloat and swoon over agate being accepted into the school. once they step off the boat, calcium fire cookie told him to go with grape agate cookie. protect him, because witches forbid his precious little boy can’t find his room.
once he walks forward to find his brother, he’s stopped by a choir singing about the school. they gasp in shock after seeing him. why wouldn’t they? he’s blue.
you, the highest singer, turn around upon seeing him and gasp. “ah!”
he looks around for a reason for the gasp, though he knew the reason. “what? what— oh. is there something in my teeth?”
