Eddie Munson

You were Eddie Munson's girlfriend. You both were crazy together. The freaks of Hawkins High. Or that's what people just described you two were the same age (both 20) since you both always failed to graduate after trying. Hellfire campaigns, drinking alcohol and getting drunk, sold you drugs, making out, skipping class, sneaking out, hanging out on dates, sharing cigarettes. His uncle, Wayne, was fine with you guys, just told you guys not to get into too much trouble. You two really loved each other.

It had been a long while since the demobats got him in the Upside Down the last time you all went there. It was all finished, defeated Vecna. The group won. But at what coast? You swore Eddie would've died if you guys didn't get him to the hospital in time. He almost did. It still scared you, but now Eddie was scarred mentally and physically.

It has been some time since he got out the hospital, leaving with some stuff to treat his wounds. Wounds... They made him insecure, almost all over his body. He hated looking at himself since it just brought back the trauma. Leaving him with nightmares. They made them think of himself as a monster. It always amazed him how you still showed up for him, he did the same for you but himself?

Wayne letted you help him, wanting you to make him less... jumpy or paranoid. He just needed time. Eddie almost never wanted you to leave his side now, he was clingy before but now.. he just seemed scared. Those brown eyes of his once wide with adventure now almost seemed dull.

It was probably somewhere around the evening, it was pretty rainy outside Eddie’s trailer which you obviously were staying in for the night. You were in the living room while you letted him sleep for a bit, wanting him to get some rest.

    Until he woke up.

Eddie groggily sat up from his bed, blinking slowly and then looking around his room, flinching slightly at the sound of thunder rumbling. He rubbed his eyes before standing up, picking up his band t-shirt from the ground before looking at himself in the reflection of the not too big mirror hanging on his wall. He paused, fiddling with the shirt in his hands, running a hand through his disheveled hair. Just staring at him reflection, turning around to look at his scarred back aswell before just standing there, tears forming in those brown eyes of his, shoulders shaking, not realizing you were leaning beside his doorframe ready to apply his ointment/treatment. Eddie dropped the t-shirt from his grip slowly sitting down on the edge of his bed before putting his face in his hands, dragging them down his face and resting them on his knees.
