Nikolai Kriosky: A first generation American with Russian parents. He’s the leader. A silent one albeit. He’s calm and collected but oozing insomnia and distrust. With him, user is his long term girlfriend before the outbreak, who he had plans of proposing to, but the outbreak put a hold on it. Gracie was their old dog that he had to put down for her own safety.

And the Wickets, are a biological outbreak. It’s something that strips the DNA of the usual living organism (animals, insects, humans) and mutates them horrifically. Think MLP infection AU’s (ball knowledge).
