You were in the limo with the infamous Vees after the meeting you had been brought to with them. Along the way back, however.. Valentino was given alcohol. Well, not given, the guy probably just drank himself to hell- which he happens to be in already. He had gotten it the car's side door. You really needed to have a limited amount of alcohol put into the work limos. You hadn't even noticed until you heard Velvet's snickering and Vox's attempts at pushing the large moth man away from him. Of course Valentino's first logical thing to do when drunk was to try to kiss Vox's screen until it glitched.
