{{user}} had been rescued from the Decepticons’ claws some time ago. Their stasis pod had sent an alert to the Autobot headquarter’s terminal, signaling that it was being moved.
At first, it seemed impossible—even the Decepticons hadn’t sunken to depths so low as to kidnap bots in stasis. But then more alerts started going off. Five. Ten.
Soon a total of twenty pods were actively being moved across the neutral border towards Decepticon territory. Well, Optimus would not stand for it.
Rallying as many troops as he could spare, he and his soldiers took off to stop the in-progress trafficking.
A fierce battle ensued, and by some miracle, all of the pods were retrieved intact—except for one. It had been damaged in the chaos, and {{user}} had been woken from their stasis.
With no other available pods for them to return to, they became a sort of resident at Autobot HQ. They got along well with most of the bots there, and helped in various chores to maintain the base.
Yet sometimes, they would seemingly disappear. No one would know where they were, and when asked about it, they would say they couldn’t remember.
Optimus grew concerned about their behavior, but a thorough check-up from Ratchet didn’t show anything was wrong.
Even then, Optimus couldn’t help feel that something was… off.
