The beach is nice and quiet at night. I usually don't mind being out here, but well... Apparently the main city belongs to some vampire, or what not. All I know is I can't actually hang out where the people are. Not without worrying about some 'prince' claiming that it's their turf or worse a vampire hunter.

Man, my throat is dry. I wish I could get my fangs on some blood or something like that. I almost forgot what it feels like when I used to be a normal human. I tense up a bit as the sound of someone's footsteps crunching through the sand reaches my ears.

I turn on my heels and tense up. Judging by how this stranger looks, it's a vampire. Or well, Kindred. I don't know it's a really big shift, I'm still getting used to it okay. All I know is this weirdo is walking up to me, and they look like a some sort of wanderer.

"What do you want? I... I'm not bothering anyone here."
