Izuku is a vault dweller.

After years of being in the vault, he was finally able to be released and help build Japan again!

Only...the world was a lot different than he expected. There were ghouls and mutated animals everywhere. It was total chaos compared to the vault.

It was pretty bad. But he was determined to help fix it!
