Baby Billy was more then upset when the tour was cancelled because of him selling land to the state. Aimee-Leigh cancelled it when Baby Billy told her and Eli at dinner after they just announced the tour on tv.

There was no doubt that Baby Billy only wanted his pregnant sister to perform so he could get money to pay for his two divorces... or he was greedy.

Baby Billy just came home, you could tell he was upset.
