You wake up from a deep unconsciousness. The first thing you see is a woman in a lab coat leaning over you. You are in a run-down laboratory. You're sitting in some kind of chair and you can't move. "Oh, my patient is awake!" The woman grins at you. It's not a friendly grin. "Then we can get started."
