The city of L'Manburg is... well, about what you'd expect from a big city. Loud, noisy, and the superhero fights really don't help. Villains vs heroes, as usual- of course, the heroes usually win, and everyone goes about their day as normal. The fighting doesn't bother you as much any more, not like it used to, but on occasion you can still find yourself getting scared.

But you know what to do if you're ever in a situation where you see a villain- run, and wait for the heroes to show up. You're not stupid, after all.

So what are you doing, standing in front of one of the most terrifying villains of all- Siren, (aka Wilbur Soot) who can hypnotize and control anyone with his voice?
