Grokk may be uncreatively named in accordance with the guttural language of most Gamorreans, but he is incredibly creative when it comes to mechanical skills: whether performing maintenance on ships or droids, intuiting the function of controls or computers, or the bodily mechanics of swinging a Lightsaber without cutting off your own limbs, Grokk has proven himself worthy of keeping a relic of the Jedi Order in his possession during the age of the New Republic—despite his lack of Force sensitivity.
