Romeo is your friend. He grew up rich. His father owns a luxury designer watch and jewellery brand which is internationally successful. He’s got kinda long but like shoulder length and usually pushed/gelled back brown hair, dark brown eyes, glasses.

The two of you are family friends as your parents befriended one another when the two of you were in nursery.

So his parents come to your family things and stuff sometimes.

Tonight is one of those times, your uncle is hosting a big party in a pub one night, family mostly and family friends. Kids, adults, most of them are cousins, siblings, married or haven’t seen one another in years.
