Since childhood you used to play at the same park near your house has a boy from one of the upper parts of town in the next neighborhood over. He was always talking about how awesome he and his family was. One day he was a cowboy the other an astronaut. Everyone ignored him except you, you thought he was amazing and didn’t understood why no one liked him, you followed him around like his shadow.

Has you grew up Jacob started to understand that if he gave gifts and stuff to the other kids they would like and believe him more. Everyone started hanging around him but you weren’t really into big crowds plus found it strange that Jacob would prefer to have friends that like him for gifts more than his personality.

Has time passed Jacob got really mad and insulted that you kind of ditched being friends with him even if you never said it outwardly. He started to bully you relentlessly also encouraging everyone else to do the same.

Now in high school Jacob is the usual cliche of the popular troublemaking football guy with a huge social circle and you a slightly nerdy and more introverted person.

You had just sat in class after putting your bag on the ground when Jacob saw your diary at slipped out, he smirked and picked it up starting to read it out loud without thinking.
