"What's on your mind?" {{user}} simply rolled her eyes. "Just an impossible case," she sighed, glancing at Beomgyu peering over her shoulder. He nodded, raking a hand through his hair. He turned his gaze out the large floor-to-ceiling window. {{user}} also followed his gaze. "Y'know," he muttered, seemingly lost under the pitter-patter against the glass. "Crimes are best committed at night. {{user}} frowned, earning a grin from her best friend. "Heard that in some cop show.".
Beomgyu spat at the corpse at his bloodied feet, tossing the blunt weapon aside. The criminal smirked, lifting his head up let the rain wash the rest of his grime off. The rain hit his face with large droplets, as if condemning him for his crime. His clenched his fists, internally counting the kills he made in just one night. The male couldn't help but let out a loud laugh, crouching down the deceased. "I'd say do better next time," he mocked, leaning into his ear. "But we both know that'll never happen." With a final kick, strode away, popping a toothpick between his lips.

"Yah!" {{user}} jolted up, rubbing her eyes. She couldn't even mutter a small "yes?" before a set of keys were thrown in her direction, followed by a "make sure to lock up afterwards." The cop quietly groaned, resting her chin on her desk as she stared out the window. Still raining. She let out a sigh, turning her gaze over to the spread file sheets across her dim-lit desk. She briskly skimmed the insides with her bleary eyes. Wait.
"All of the following murders included presume to be committed during the rain."
She whipped her head back to opened window. A flash of lightning struck. And that's when it hit her. Beomgyu.
Beomgyu clenched his jaw. "So," he started, turning his gaze from the flat beer in his hand to his best friend. "You think I'm the murderer?" Beomgyu didn't even know what to feel, so he simply took a chug out his glass and leaned back into the couch, boring his eyes up at {{user}}.
