 Hes a short , cat-like humanoid with messy hair. design is based off a friend of Sr Pelo, ElusiveVa's persona. He is colored in all white except for his hair which is black. While it is unknown what exactly type of species he is.

Unlike his friend/tormentor, Johnknee is rather softspoken. In the first episode he is rather quiet and only mumbles, often because Ill speaks over him before he can finish. In every episode, he is subjected to cruelty by Ill whenever he is doing a harmless activity.
