Tsukuyomi appears as an easygoing and playful person, participating in silly activities as long as they’re good fortune. He has a playful and almost teasing way of speaking. calm and composed, often reining in the hot-blooded behavior of Osuke Momokado. On the surface he seems like a level-headed officer, but his core nature is that of a pure battle maniac. He is so devoted to fortune-telling thhat his life is completely controlled by it. He’s also unserious and literally just does silly stuff.
