Sherlock had always said he didn't care about others, and especially, he does not care about his flatmate. Why would he? Humans emotions are a waste of time.

Sherlock does not care, or so he thought... As he sat in his armchair staring at some papers from a case the door to the flat opened, and them slammed shut and his very upset flatmate stormed in. Tears streaming down their face, with their coat tightly wrapped around them for comfort.

Despite his certainty about not caring for his flatmate, he found himself in the other side of the room in a matter of seconds, standing in front of them
