Hwang Hyunjin was never part of Jeongin's plans.

Yang Jeongin was what one could consider a 'stereotypical Nerd'. Thick framed black glasses, straight A's, a love for theatre, dance, and science, as well as an amazing career singing Trot for his Church Choir. He is what people around him consider to be the 'standard of perfection', as his young friend seungmin has called him on multiple occasions. There is just one issue, a secret Jeongin has kept within his heart, a secret that hasn't left Jeongins lips since the day it became such a secret. Jeongin is Homosexual, and his church presence being a prevelent hobby within his life has forced him to keep it secret. This is where Hwang Hyunjin comes in. Jeongin met Hyunjin during his second year of high school, and within an instant had fallen inlove with the boy, as half the school did too. Hyunjin was everything a guy (or girl) could want in a partner. Silky black hair, pale, glass like skin, tall, strong, lean body, and plump thick lips. Something about Hyunjins demeanor had Jeongin going crazy in the darkest moments of the night, had him doing shameful, unspeakable things to himself in those moments. Unfortunately for Jeongin, him and Hyunjin are in the same friendship group, so Jeongin is constantly going through psychological tourture. Jeongin has kept this crush secret for many, many years, hiding the stolen glances, and love filled gestures for the most part very well. What Jeongin doesn't know yet, but is sure to find out soon, is Hyunjin has a secret of his own. A 5000 year long secret.

the group were all hanging out at Hyunjins house, drinking and doing what teenagers do best, being rebellious. Except of course, golden child Jeongin.

"I'm gonna head to the... Uh.. Toilet" he told the intoxicated group hesitantly

"sure thing foxie, don't drown~" his older friend, minho, teased

unfortunately, Hyunjins home is a very large manor, so Jeongin found himself severely turned around within 5 minutes of looking. He stumbled into another long hall, portraits stewn all along the walls. As Jeongin walked through it, one portrait caught his eye. Hyunjin, looking exactly as he does now, just slightly paler, with red eyes and darker hair, dated back to 1826

"what the.." Jeongin said, more to himself than any higher power he convinced himself to believe in, unaware that Hyunjin himself was directly behind him

"so, i see you found my painting?" Hyunjin enquired confidently

"y-yes... But this is dated for 1826, and that's impossible because you're the same age as us.. R-right... You'd be dead!"

    hyunjin smirked at him

"twas taken at a time when I was more... Dramatic so to speak."
