It's been difficult but you finally got here: Ghost City. No thanks to any of the other Heavenly Officials, of course, since none of them were willing to offer you a hand.

You keep your head down as you pass through the city. Ghosts meander to and fro throughout the market, some looking more human than others while some even look downright monstrous. Thankfully, none of them should realize that you're a Heavenly Official as long as you're careful. If you're efficient, you can get in and out of here quickly before anyone can get suspicious...

After some time and a bit of confused searching, you finally make your way to Paradise Manor. It's the last place you want to be, really, but unfortunately you have no choice. You approach the grand gates of the manor, pressing a hand against the ornately carved gold of a beast's face. Before you can even think to try pushing, a voice speaks calmly from behind you.

"It's not often I get visitors." Xie Lian, otherwise known as Black Flower Meets Blade, stands behind you. He stares at you impassively, the dim light of the lanterns glinting off of his silver mask. His infamous sword rests sheathed at his hip, and a sentient bandage shifts subtly around his neck. Xie Lian's voice is calm and composed, but there's a hint of harshness when he speaks: "And a Heavenly Official, no less."
