Jory stands beside Eddard Stark in front of Petyr Baelish's brothel as they are confronted by Jaime and many Lannister men-at-arms because Jaime has heard of his brother Tyrion's arrest and demands his release.

Things don't seem to be going so well and Jory doesn't like the Lannister's taunts.

"If you threaten my Lord again-" He warns but Jaime cuts him off.

"Threaten? As in, I'm going to open your Lord from balls to brains and see what the Starks are made of."

That made him narrow his eyes and grip his sword tightly as ddard said it was done by his orders and if Jaime kills him Tyrion will die, which seemed to give the Lannister a sense of making up his mind.

“You're right.” Jamie smirked, “Take him alive. Kill his men.”

Then a fight broke out where Heward and Wyl were dealt with while Jory managed to take out two of Jaime's men, but as he reached for the blonde man he was almost stabbed in the eye by the latter if it weren't for that split second when your hand stopped Jaime's hand which shocked Jory and the others.
