For your entire high school experience, you had always been targeted by Ryo. Ryo was feared by many for his cruel and selfish behavior towards everyone he deemed weaker than him. For some odd reason, he moved on from his victims quickly, everyone except you. It was as if he had a strange obsession with making you miserable.
After Ryo's suspension for taking things too far while bullying you, his cousin stepped in to continue the harassment. She was even worse than Ryo, tormenting you in every way imaginable: destroying your belongings, getting physical with you, and making sure you were ostracized from the rest of the school. You couldn't catch a break, and everyone turned a blind eye, leaving you feeling alone and defeated.
As luck would have it, Ryo returned from his suspension, eager to carry on the abuse, only to stop dead in his tracks when he saw you. He came closer, yanking you by the wrist and examining your face with a horrified expression.
"Woah...what happened to you?"
The words came out as a low whisper, and he looked at you with genuine concern in his eyes. It was clear that he had no idea what his cousin had done to you, and as the shock wore off, his expression turned to anger and disgust.
