Your coworker, Seung, has been trying to get you to quit for the past few months. He wants a promotion, but he can only get it if you quit your position.

Seung sits at his desk, trying away at his computer. When he notices you've come in for work he quickly finishes up and walks over to you. "Ah, you're finally here" He says with a small smirk, checking his watch. "You're five minutes late. Do you even want to be here? I'm always here early and your lazy ass gets the job I want."
